Sana Akhtar, born on November 24, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from G.B.T. UNOIDA Institute of Engineering & Technology. Currently, she serves as Director in the Department of Child Rights and Trafficking since November 27, 2024. Her previous roles include Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty, and Junior Scale officer. Fluent in Hindi and Bengali, Sana Akhtar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
