Samson Soi, born on April 1, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He served in the Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes Department. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary, a position he held from May 17, 2013, to March 31, 2015. Prior to this, he held the position of Member. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative roles within his cadre before retiring from service.
