Samir Kumar Jena, born on June 6, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2022 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. Currently, he holds the position of CDO-cum-EO at Ganjam in the Zilla Parishad department since March 13, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as a Sub-Collector. Mr. Jena continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
