Sameer Saurabh, born on October 19, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at COMFED, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this role, he was appointed as District Development Commissioner (DDC). He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
