Sameer Saurabh, born on 19 October 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at COMFED, Bihar, a position he has held since 12 January 2026. Prior to this, he served as a District Development Commissioner (DDC). He continues to be in service within the Indian Administrative Service.
