Sameer Madhav Kurtkoti, born on June 8, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He is currently serving as the Commissioner at the Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) Welfare Department, Maharashtra, a position he assumed on July 22, 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Zilla Parishad. Mr. Kurtkoti continues to contribute to public administration within the state of Maharashtra.
