Saloni Rai, born on November 11, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, she is the Deputy Commissioner/DM at North Delhi, a position she has held since February 16, 2026. Prior to this, she has also served as Deputy Commissioner. Saloni Rai continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
