Salma K Fahim, born on 15 December 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch, Karnataka cadre. She holds a B.A. degree from Bangalore University. Currently, she serves as Secretary at Karnataka's Labour Department since 9 January 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Secretary to Government, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Consultant, Additional Commissioner, Project Director, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant Commissioner. Fluent in English and Urdu, Salma K Fahim continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Karnataka.
