Saleena Singh, born on 29 July 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.Phil. and postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Chief Adviser, Commissioner, Director, Additional Registrar, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Assistant Collector. Her most recent role was Chairman at Madhya Pradesh's Department of Finance from 18 December 2017 to 31 July 2020. Saleena Singh's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership and coordination positions within the state government.
