Sakshi Sawhney, born on May 2, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A.LL.B. in Law from NALSAR U-Law Hyderabad and an M.A. in Development Studies. Currently, she serves as the Chief Administrator at the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), Punjab, a position she has held since January 22, 2026. Her previous roles include Chief Administrator and Deputy Commissioner. Sakshi is proficient in English and Punjabi and continues to contribute to public administration in Punjab.
