Saket Kumar, born on 20 November 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Patna University and an M.D. from C.S. Maharaj University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as Commissioner & Secretary at Haryana's Archives Department since 9 April 2026. His previous roles include Commissioner & Secretary, Additional Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, and Joint Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
