Saket Kumar, born on 20 November 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Patna University and an M.D. from C.S. Maharaj University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as Commissioner and Secretary in the Haryana Urban Local Bodies Department since 28 January 2026. His previous roles include Managing Director, Commissioner & Secretary, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, and Joint Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Saket Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Haryana.
