Sajjan Singh Yadav, born on January 5, 1969, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Department of Expenditure, New Delhi since April 1, 2026, he has held various positions including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Financial Commissioner, Commissioner, CEO, Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, and Private Secretary. He holds an M.P.A. in Public Policy from the Hubert Humphrey School of Public Policy, an M.B.A. in Finance from Delhi University, and an M.P.A. in Economics from Harvard University. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
