Saidingpuii Chhakchhuak, born on 18 March 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Gujarat cadre. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in History from Calcutta University. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs since 28 May 2025. Her past roles include Assistant Collector, District Development Officer, Collector & District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary to Government, Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General (Registration), Director, Additional Secretary to Government, Additional Secretary, and Managing Director. She received the Best Collector Award for New Districts in Gujarat during 2015-16. She is proficient in English, Mizo, and Gujarati.
