Sagili Shan Mohan, born on 17 July 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from BITS Pilani and an M.B.A. in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the A.P. Economic Development Board (APEDB) since 30 March 2026. His previous roles include Additional Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Sub Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
