Saddam Navas, born on 20 May 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.) degree from the University of Kerala and the Homeopathy University of Kerala, Trivandrum. Currently, he serves as the Additional District Magistrate at Nadia, a position he assumed on 31 October 2023. Saddam Navas continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
