Sadanand Sinha, born on July 11, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Economics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from April 1, 1988, to July 1, 1991.
