Sachin Sinha, born on 23 September 1972, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and an M.Tech. in Digital Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as OSD-cum-D.G at RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration and Management, Bhopal, since 1 February 2025. His past roles include Principal Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Director, Commissioner, District Collector, and Chief Secretary (Zila Panchayat), among others. He was awarded the President of India Silver Medal for Meritorious Work in Census 2011. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
