Sachin Ramchandra Jadhav, born on April 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Mr. Jadhav is currently the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government of Odisha in the Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment Department, a position he has held since February 6, 2026. His past roles include Commissioner-cum-Secretary and Director. He is proficient in English and Marathi. Mr. Jadhav continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
