Sachin Gupta, born on November 2, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University and Thapar University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Rohtak, Haryana, a position he has held since August 19, 2025. Previously, he was the Administrator of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana state.
