Sachin Gupta, born on November 2, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, assigned to the Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University, Punjab University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Rohtak, Haryana, a position he has held since August 19, 2025. Prior to this, he was the Administrator of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Haryana.
