Sabyasachi Guha, born on 26 June 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub Divisional Officer, Magistrate, Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Science and Technology Department from 1 July 1991 to 1 June 1995.
