Sabyasachi Ghosh, born on April 16, 1967, is a 1994 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Telangana cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary in the Implementation of Flagship Welfare and Developmental Schemes Unit and CSR since February 26, 2026, he has previously held the position of Special Chief Secretary. Mr. Ghosh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Telangana with his extensive experience in public service.
