Sabyasachi Ghosh, born on April 16, 1967, is a 1994 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Telangana cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary in the Implementation of Flagship Welfare and Developmental Schemes Unit and CSR since February 26, 2026, he continues to contribute to the state's administrative functions. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Special Chief Secretary. Mr. Ghosh remains an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
