S Vijayakumar, born on June 7, 1967, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner in the Land Reforms Department of Tamil Nadu since June 24, 2025. His previous roles include Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman and Managing Director. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Vijayakumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu.
