S V Iyer, born on 25 December 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including District Collector, Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. From 15 July 1993 to 4 June 1998, he served as Deputy Secretary in Madhya Pradesh. Post-retirement, he was associated with the World Bank in Washington DC. His extensive administrative experience spans various roles within the Madhya Pradesh government and international engagement.
