S. Uma, born on 5 May 1969, is an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from the Tamil Nadu cadre. She is currently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Special Project Implementation Department of Tamil Nadu since 24 June 2025. Prior to this role, she has held the position of Collector. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
