S Ukesh Kumar, born on August 2, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from NIT Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Mysuru, Karnataka, in the Zilla Panchayat department since February 21, 2025. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Advisor, Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary to Government. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
