S Siddharth, born on 11 November 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Bihar cadre. Currently serving as the Development Commissioner at Bihar, he holds a PG Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA, and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Additional Chief Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Sub-Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
