S Sen, born on 12 December 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Sub Divisional Officer, Deputy Collector, Under Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from 1 January 1990 to 1 December 1993.
