S S Guleria, born on 25 March 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds two Ph.D. degrees in Applied Geology and Science from Panjab University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Labour Commissioner & Director, Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent designation was Director, effective from 1 January 2019. He has been recognized with the Top Corporate Excellence Projects in India award for ITA HPSCSC and the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance.
