S Raveendran, born on 22 February 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 Kerala cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Director, Registrar, District Collector, Joint Commissioner, and Commissioner at Kerala from 3 September 2011 to 29 February 2012. His service in the IAS reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Kerala cadre.
