S Ramamoorthy, born on 08/09/1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from NIT Trichy. Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary to the Governor of Maharashtra since 05/02/2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including District Collector, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector & Assistant Magistrate, Project Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Secretary. He is proficient in English, Telugu, and Marathi. Ramamoorthy continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
