S Ramakrishna, born on 27 June 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1954 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He held the position of Additional Secretary in the General Administration Department (Personnel) of Maharashtra. His educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Economics, and graduate degrees in Mathematics and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Settlement Commissioner, Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, District Collector, and Assistant Collector. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Maharashtra government.
