S Radha Chauhan, born on 21 June 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds graduate degrees in Botany and Law. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi (May 2022 to June 2024), she has held various positions including Chief Executive Officer, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Chauhan continues her service in the Indian Administrative Service.
