S R Shinde, born on April 16, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 batch of the Maharashtra cadre. Throughout his career, he held various key positions including Joint Secretary, Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, CEO, and Administrator. His most recent role was Managing Director at Maharashtra in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department. Mr. Shinde’s extensive service reflects his commitment to public administration within the state of Maharashtra.
