S R Pandor, born on April 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Joint Secretary and District Collector. His most recent position was District Development Officer at Porbandar, Gujarat, from August 2, 2007, to March 31, 2009. Throughout his career, Pandor contributed to administrative functions within the Gujarat cadre before retiring from service.
