S R Bhavsar, born on 20 July 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Gujarat cadre. During his service, he held the position of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Prime Minister at Gujarat from 10 June 2024 to 31 July 2023. He served in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and held other OSD roles. His career in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within the Gujarat cadre until his retirement.
