S Pattana, born on May 9, 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. During his service, he held the position of Joint Collector and later served as Special Collector in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from June 1, 1987, to May 1, 1989.
