Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from August 1, 1990, to January 1, 1991. Sinha’s service reflects extensive experience within the Indian Administrative Service until his retirement.
