S P Sinha, born on March 16, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, as well as a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Urban Development Department from September 1, 1990, to March 1, 1991.
