Dr. S P Singh Parihar, born on January 3, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics, an M.Phil. in Physics, and a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Private Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Commissioner, District Collector, and Administrator. His most recent position was Chairman of the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Madhya Pradesh, from July 24, 2019, to January 31, 2020.
