Project Director, Health and Family Welfare Department
S Mishra, born on 15 November 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in the Health and Family Welfare Department. During his career, he held the position of Deputy Secretary and was most recently appointed as Project Director from 1 May 1999 to 30 April 2000.
