S Mahalik, born on January 3, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering. During his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Additional Collector. He was appointed as Project Administrator in Madhya Pradesh from August 1, 1989, to July 1, 1990, within the Department of Home. His service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
