S Lalithambika, born on 30 November 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Kerala cadre. During her career, she held various positions including Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Director. She served as Secretary at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, starting from 13 September 2013. Additionally, she was associated with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. Her service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Kerala cadre.
