S L Singla, born on April 7, 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1955 batch, Gujarat cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Mathematics and a postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Resident Commissioner, and Chairman. Her most recent position was Secretary at Gujarat from March 1, 1988, to April 1, 1990, within the Department of Finance.
