S L Kulkarni, born on 19 July 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Maharashtra cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities throughout his career, including Controller, Director, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Member Secretary. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary in the Planning Department of Maharashtra. Throughout his tenure, Kulkarni contributed to the administrative functions of the state government before retiring from service.
