S L Kulkarni, born on July 12, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1979 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, Kulkarni served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, District Collector, CEO, Managing Director, Private Secretary, Deputy Collector, and Junior Scale officer. His most recent position was Secretary in the General Administration Department (Personnel) of Maharashtra.
