S L Bhutia Shenga, born on May 1, 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, belonging to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication. During her career, she served as Deputy Collector and later as Secretary at Arunachal Pradesh from March 9, 1999, to May 8, 2001. Her tenure in the IAS reflects her commitment to public administration within her cadre.
