Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer & Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, Additional Director, Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Chairman and Managing Director, and Secretary & Commissioner.
