Currently serving as Secretary in the Electronics and Information Technology Department under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in New Delhi since September 2023, his tenure extends to June 2027. His extensive career includes roles such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Adviser, Private Secretary, Deputy Director, District Collector, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
