S K Sinha, born on November 3, 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Bihar cadre. He holds degrees in Law, Commerce, and Postgraduate Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Junior Scale officer, Deputy Development Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Director. His most recent appointment was as Director in the Energy Department from June 1, 1990, to November 1, 1990.
