S. K. R. Pudakalkatti, born on 13 January 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in English and Kannada. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Officer, Secretary Director, Managing Director, and Secretary. Since 14 December 2025, he has been serving as the Secretary in the Urban Development and Housing Department, Bihar. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of the state in his current role.
