S K Nurul Haque, born on September 3, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 West Bengal cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Project Director, and Executive Chairman. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department from October 11, 2012, to January 9, 2013. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government.
